Is the Italian culture of being well dressed disappearing?

Is the Italian culture of being well dressed disappearing?

I see online, and in stereotypes italians take great importance in how to dress,
but all the places I have been, the youth seem to all wear whatever the trend is in the USA, the black community here all seems to wear the same designer stuff with far too many logos and bright colours, the older people wear the same as any other european country.. and i’m not just talking about American tourists.

I don’t mean it as an affront, there is some very well dressed people, and i’m sure the people on here dress well, I just was expecting more from what people say online (especially people talking about immigrants dressing badly).

Does the stereotype just come from Americans who dress very casually?

One thing that has surprised me is your PLANTS and GARDENS though, some of the best kept parks and gardens I have seen up there with England and France!

Hi, new player here. Starting with a pretty tricky club and unsure on what tactics to use.

Hi, so I'm playing FM22 (was free on epic), I started watching football last season so I'm pretty clueless. I fucked up my first save and got sacked before Christmas.

I'm missing the knowledge to implement advice like "play to the strengths of your best players", as it looks statistically that my best players are very solid without particular strengths?

I'm playing as my local club Shrewsbury Town who were in EFL League One in that season. The squad is lacking depth, has no left midfield and attacking midfielders, but the defense, centre/right midfield and strikers are solid.

What tactic should I use for these players? Have included a few images of the profiles of my strongest players. I have heard it's best to play simple tactics and simple roles for lower tiered teams.

I have 120k GBP transfer budget and about 3k P/W in wages to work with.

MY CURRENT PLAN:
- Sign a good left midfielder or get one on loan.
- Sign a better right back (M. Pennington is a natural center back not a natural right back) or get one on loan
- Sell my second choice goalkeeper as he's being paid the same as my first choice keeper (2.5k p/w) and I have a young academy keeper who's almost at first team level. His value is listed at 75k, freeing me up a bit of extra cash to do more business.
- Loan out a couple random positions across the squad for extra depth
- Give my 17 year old high potential striker Tom Bloxham as much playing time as possible to develop him well, he's valued at 1-1.8M GBP.

THEN:
What tactic ahh!! The game is recommending Direct Counter Attack, Catenaccio and Park The Bus. I am leaning towards Direct Counter Attack as inevitably defensive mistakes will occur due to the fairly low level of play, reducing the effectiveness of the most defensive tactics. Is the 4-4-2 good? I was also told to try a 5-4-1 but that seems less conventional, and I'd like simple tactics so I can learn the game.
