Scientists around the world are joining forces to develop, within the next few decades, the ideal genetically modified candidate who will travel back to the time of ancient Rome to seize power there and rally the people, with the goal of accelerating technological progress.
It is important for scientists to anticipate as many possible social scenarios as possible and teach young candidate everything he need to know.
Will he be able to make the leap from spears to automatic rifle within the first ten years? Every step has been planned, but bringing people together and laying down arms are scheduled for later stages, since it will first be necessary to demonstrate strength. The hero faces political challenges, public distrust, difficult decisions, and unforeseen events.
