I’ve watched this maybe 100 times. Every time I come away thinking something different. I’m still not quite sure exactly what’s being said here but so much is being said without saying it. There is so much that can be read from their demeanor, reactions, tone, and posture. Just an absolutely fascinating scene

Usually the most clever and measured guy on the pod but it’s been fun to see him uncharacteristically crash out over Mount Rushmore every week. He’d been propped up by Big Cat and overshadowed by Hank for so long that nobody realized he’s also terrible at Mount Rushmore. It would be awesome to pair him with Hank or Zac next year

This man just mentioned Gang Starr in his GOAT rappers convo, then mentioned Ted Levine in Silence of the Lambs - Bernthal is that dude. Follow up question, lemme tell you something…. yeah he fuckin is. He just is!

God damn Ben! I didn’t know I was dealing with Matt Damon’s super friend! I woulda said Chris Nolan’s best movie was Memento and a motherfuckin doublefeature of The Prestige

5.5 for a bottom six guy - something we have plenty of. Does this mean we’re not signing Giroux? I assume Nick Cousins is out as well? He’s not exactly a shiny trade piece to flip either. Seems like an unnecessary move.

This is some paraphrasing from the first 15 minutes of the most recent Spittin Chiclets podcast:

Yands basically went on a 15 minute glaze fest of the Tkachuks and Florida, saying things like Brady "did it right" and him/Florida "let it happen organically" where Florida "somehow knew he wanted out all along"

Then he talks about how Canada is disrespectful to Americans" and saying that American players weren’t happy because they weren’t congratulated on the gold medal win enough in their Canadian markets. He then insinuated that we booed their anthem because we lost lol

I’ve been a Chiclets listener since day one but this was the final straw. The shows truly gone downhill the last three years and the addition of Keith “The Kid Rock concert was great” Yandle it has just become insufferable. Before unfollowing the show, I left a one star review letting them know how divorced from reality they’ve become.

I’ve seen a lot of horror movies and consider myself fairly desensitized so I’m looking for some recommendations. The last one that really got me was Hell House LLC. I don’t know why but just something about it really got under my skin and the clown prop moving around in the dark was enough to actually make my hair stand up on my arms, which never happens.

Feel like maybe I missed something but usually when teams are eliminated from playoffs they release a list of the injuries players were dealing with. Are the Sens not releasing this info due to how stingy they are with that information now? It would kind of be nice to know who was dealing with something so we at least know something was affecting their play.

*EDIT - I understand not sharing injury info during the season but I don’t really see the harm in sharing it now. At least it would give the fans some piece of mind as to why certain players underperformed
