How many hours have you played?

I bought the game back in 2019 pre-release where you could get it for "free" if you purchased 2.7 (if I'm remembering correctly). I actually purchased it right before a family trip to Yellowstone! I rarely played because I had limited access to a PC, and just started playing regularly in 2026 because I got a new computer. I thought I was a beast with my 253 hours because I'd never played a game that much before, but I just met someone in a social server who has over 2000! I guess I learned I am an amateur gamer at best, lol. How many hours do you have?

Any glaring red flags with this 3yos conformation?

I know we're all sick and tired of conformation posts, so I apologise. I'm not familiar enough with young horse conformation so I had to ask. She just turned 3 in May and this photo was taken less than a month ago. When seeing her in person, she does seem to stand with her hocks facing inwards a bit which does make me worry about interference at faster gaits. Here's what I see: her legs are nice and straight, she doesn't appear to stand camped out. Assuming her withers grow to match the point of the hip (is the difference in height she currently exhibits normal for her age? do you think they'll even out?) I think she'll be built well. She could also stand to gain weight and definitely needs her topline built but again, I don't know if her current weight and stature is normal for a horse her age. Please let me know. Her pasterns seem slightly shorter and straighter than I'd prefer, but not enough so that I'm worried. I do also wish her hooves were bigger, I don't really know if they grow past this age. I would like to see a more horizontal shoulder and croup, I don't know if those angles change past this age, and if she would get more vertical or more horizontal. I also don't know if her legs will grow to where her hocks appear lower, so that information would be useful. She has a short neck and mid-length back, neither of those really concern me. Also, what do you think of her current stifle development and angles in the hind end? I'm not really familiar with that area of conformation. She is a registered paint, bred out of Frenchman's Guy line barrel horses, if that gives you any info. I am planning to use her for barrels and other speed events as well (I wont be starting her on them till she is older, if I do purchase her). Overall, what is your take? Does she look okay for a 3yo? Average? Should I steer clear? Thanks.

Rescue said he was a "heeler mix"... Not so sure

This is Magnus. He weighs 65lbs and has a huge head. I don't think the pictures give it justice. He's rather thin and lithe as well, he isn't built like a lab. He's very mouthy and his tail is as strong as a whip. Judging by my geographical area, Southern US, I'm positive he's got some pit in him, but we don't know what to make of his enormous ears and tall, skinny frame. What do you think?

How do I play as a former pair's pup as their current age?

Basically, the original mated pair passed, and I want to make one of the siblings of the wolf I'm currently playing as a playable wolf. He's saved as a 1yo in the original family tree but is currently 2 in game and I'm wondering if there's any way to play him as a 2yo, since I can't access him in the current family tree, or if I have to use the 1yo save. Or is there any way to update a dead wolf's family tree? Thanks!

Am I ready for a 3yo?

I've been riding for 7 years and am finally coming to a point where I can purchase my own horse. The only hang up—the horse I'm currently enamoured with is 3 and obviously green. So, I want a wide range of opinions on whether or not I'm ready to own a green 3yo. Firstly, some details, the horse will be kept at a boarding barn where my trainer resides. Secondly, I'll be paying for additional private lessons with the horse every month and potentially also paying extra for my trainer to work on him personally. Third, he's papered, gorgeous, and reasonably priced. I plan to use him for barrels, and his full brother is a 1D barrel horse. Lastly, I know this is controversial, but he is already broke under saddle, so I did ride him when we met. Obviously, he's green, but he's broke. He responds to verbal cues but is slower to pick up and maintain speed. I think this is both a strength and training issue and although I prefer a horse who is more sensitive to cues, he's only a baby and this is something that can probably be developed over time. My plan with him is to train him for at least 2 years at my barn before even considering taking him to expos and races. He won't be started on the pattern immediately, either, and I won't ride in excess due to his still developing frame. I love his personality, and I know he'll be a lot of work, I just don't know if I'm up to it. I know that no one else can make this decision for me, but I wanted to gauge some opinions outside of my family and trainer. Thanks for your input!

Help! Group suddenly disappeared after posting - I don't know what to do

I tried posting to a group, as I was watching the blue posting bar load across my screen, I was suddenly redirected to the home page. In my activity log it says I left the group, when I search it it doesn't come up, and when I click outside links to it I'm shown a page that says "Content unavailable". What happened? What do I do?

No one told me buying a horse would be so hard! What was your experience like?

For the past two years as I window shopped online, it seemed like there was an abundance of perfect horses for me. Fit my price range, w/in my area, met my qualifications, etc. But now that I'm actually able to purchase a horse, there are few and far between. 😂 It seems like every horse that meets my criteria and has been listed since march or april suddenly sells as soon as I stumble across them. I'm a bit of a stickler in that I am refusing to buy without a trial ride and PPE, which seems to be a HUGE barrier, so any tips would help. What was your experience buying your first horse like? (P.S, I'm in the Texas hill country, so if anybody knows a horse in the area needing somewhere to relocate feel free to DM haha.)
