is it normal to be exhausted all the time? 29 F, 67kg, 116 cm

F 29, gym 2-3 times a week. I work a 9-5. I am exhausted ALL THE TIME. I eat healthy, do not smoke, rarely drink. I do not sleep well- I wake up at night a lot (either pee or bf snoring) but I’ve always woken up at night several times (at least since i started to work at a bank 8 years ago. I take vitamin D daily and all my blood analysis including iron always come out fine. Why am I tired all the time?

Hard time staying in a deficit

hi, i am 29yo, 67kg and around 167 cm. Last year I weighted 62, this year I’ve gained weight. I still do gym and sometimes I run but for the life of me I cannot stop eating. It’s like I am addicted to food. Especially if I have eaten one bad thing a day, all my day goes to waste: candy, chocolate, pizza - ANYTHING (yes, binge) any advice how to fix it?

Normally, I count calories with Lose It! Further I can go in a deficit is 2 weeks.
