Urgent question for anyone please...

I just found a baby rat in the kitchen... one of the cats must have caught him... from where I don't know.

Anyway I thought he was dead...still warm 😭 but no puncture marks.

I put him in a bowl on top of some soft cotton and dribbled some water near his mouth and he startled awake.

Now I don't know what to do.

I don't have the $ to buy a cage, water bowl or anything for that matter 😞

Additionally my days of handling mice/rats are in the long past.

Any, any suggestions as to how to save this baby.

I'm guessing he is about a week old and definitely traumatized.
