Concerned about loosing 6.5lbs in a little over a week despite eating normal

On August 3rd, I had my first appointment. I weighed 282.8 (i am 5'7"). I had an early scan as my first and previous pregnancy was ectopic, but the baby was too small to see, so I am unsure exactly how far along I am until my next ultrasound. I ovulated late so unsure when I got pregnant. If I had to guess, I am probably just a few days past 5 weeks. Anyways, today, I weighed 276.2.

I haven't really eaten much less than I typically do, I don't think. I had changed some of my eating habits and lost a little weight right before I got pregnant. And the last week, I actually get a little nauseous if my stomach is empty, so I snack throughout the day. Plus, I've started eating a small breakfast in the mornings, which I didn't do before because I wake up queasy. So it is not like I am eating less. I may even be eating more some days.

I am just a little concerned that I've lost 6 and a half lbs so quickly. Is this normal, or has anyone else experienced it? Is this something I should be concerned about?

Had a previous ectopic, went for an ultrasound today, and nothing found in uterus or outside of it

So background: I had an ectopic last year. Treated successfully with one round of methotrexate.

Present Day: My last period was June 22nd. I have longer cycles (every 34 days), but I didn't test positive until July 28th which was about five days after I expected to start. I tested two days prior and nothing. The test wasn't super light, but the fact that I got a late positive had me anxious from the start. But my home tests have been increasing steadily. Not slowly or anything.

My OB set up an appointment for the following Monday (August 3rd). My HCG was 1209 on that day. I was a little concerned because my ectopic had higher HCG than that at 6 weeks, which was what I am supposed to be.

I had my first ultrasound today (August 6th). They found nothing in my uterus or in/around my tubes or ovaries. I have had no pain or bleeding. Just occasional twinges, mostly in the center. She did state I had thickening of the endometrium. So I am pregnant, but no baby/sac could be found. But if my hcg doubled, it should be around 2400 now(i wont know for sure until another blood draw), and when I googled it, it said typically they should be able to see something wirh those hcg levels.

The ultrasound tech thought maybe I ovulated late, and I am closer to 4 or 5 weeks (which is possible, seeing as my periods have been a bit off balance since my ectopic..the last one I had was over a week late). I am waiting for my doctor to call to set up blood work and another ultrasound. I'm just not really sure what to think. I feel like I am stuck in limbo.

Has anyone had anything like this happen, and how did it turn out? I'm just so anxious waiting.

Just found out I'm pregnant again - Super anxious

I just found out yesterday I am pregnant again after my ectopic last May/June. I have no idea how many DPO I am because we stopped trying/keeping track a couple months ago. My periods have been out of wack ever since my ectopic. Like last month, it was over a week late. So I can't even guess when I would have been ovulating outside of I felt like I ovulated maybe a week later than expected based on how I felt.

On the 26th(2 days after period was due), I had what I thought was a negative test. I thought I saw a super, super faint line when held up to the light, but assumed it was a faint evap line as I forgot to check it until after the 5 minute window.

Then yesterday evening, (four days after my period was due) I got a positive (the first pic). The next pic is this morning. The third is comparing (top last night, bottom just now).

I made an appointment this morning for Monday, but I am so, so anxious while waiting. I feel like even if I ovulated late, it shouldn't have taken this long to get a positive? I would have had to ovulate a little over a week late for this to not be outside the 12 day window.

I am trying to stay positive, but I am just stressed. I guess I just needed to vent.

First pic is my Etsy shop's birth chart, and the second is my chart in case you need it. I run a business on Etsy selling witchy items that I make myself (candles, oils, ect). My sales are still good, but I am a little burned out. It feels like I do a lot of work for little return (which i know is normal for new businesses). But I have been feeling like I need to switch directions in some way; focus more on social media or make a new product that yields higher return. I am not really sure just yet. I was curious if anyone could see something in my business'chart that could lead me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance! ❤️
