Coffee
Just wanted to make a post here and ask about how people formulate their coffee. Right now the only way I really like my coffee is with Silk vanilla oat creamer, sometimes I'll do a vanilla oat milk with some honey but if I'm in a pinch and out of the creamer. This works fine, but I find the calories add up throughout the day, usually up to 200, depending. I'd like to cut that down, can anyone share what they do? Thanks!
