Done some communications role in university research groups, journals. Want to apply for communications jobs professionally. Not sure what to focus on in my CV and what quantitative aspects of these experiences should I add?
I have handled social media, event organisations, have experience with youtube, websites etc. But I am not sure what to focus on in preparing my CV to make it look more competitive. What numbers should I add from these experiences?

How common or acceptable is it to leave a project in the middle as a postdoc?
I have come across a 4 year project in my field. However, I am looking to join it for only 2 years at max. How common is it to leave a project in the middle? It says it is on a fixed-term basis for the 4 years. Field humanities. I expect to get back to my country in 2 years.
