Periods

Spiro is working absolute wonders for me (100mg) BUT it’s messing with me periods and i’m a little worried. Once i started 100mg i didn’t have a period for 4 months. I finally got it at the start of this month and it was the lightest period ever with little cramps (unusual for me i have a copper iud IYKYK) since then i’ve been spotting for about a week. Has anyone else experienced this? I came off the contraceptive pill because of spotting and i do not wanna deal with this again :(

bleach damage and breakage. Help needed :(

PHOTOS 1&2 before bleach 3&4 during 5&6 after

Hi everyone! Severely over fixating on my hair right now and i could really use some friendly advice.
Some background on my hair- Natural brown although i have been dying it black for years and years. My hair had literally never been so healthy, long and thicker than what i was used to!! I typically have thin fine/thin hair.

I decided to grow out all that black dye, start fresh and go blonde. I was blonde for around 8 months before i noticed a lot of breakage and thinning of my hair. We decided to stop the bleach and go back to black. Hairs currently black with bleach under. It’s been a good few months and i had a massive chop (wasn’t the best haircut so defo didn’t help) so a good amount of the bleach has hopefully grown out a bit by now.
However now my hair is extremely thin and at the ends my hair is see through if i have it down. This obviously has caused some major self esteem issues :(. I recently bought a halo extension that i wear very very sparingly (2-3 times a month) I would say i have a pretty decent hair care routine. i use hydrating products. Heat protectant (hardly ever use heat apart from hair dryer) masks/ leave in and k18. I also use rosemary oil occasionally.

TO THE POINT - What does my journey look like from here? I feel the route from here would be a lot of patience until all that hair grows out and i’m back to “healthy” strands again but i just want to know if im missing something to make that go a little faster. Has anyone had to deal with something like this before?

no period in 4 months

I was bumped to 100mg from 50mg 4 months ago and my period has completely stopped. I have a copper iud and my periods were fairly regular before 100mg. Is this a serious concern? why should i do? I did add it to my side effects before my last perception but my provider didn’t mention it :(

Upper lobes taking forever to heal?

I got these two and my conch all together in november 2025 (6 months ago!!) My upper lobes just don’t want to heal at all?? They’ve been downsized from 8mm - 6mm then back to 8 again because of swelling. Still have a lot of crusties (apologies i wasn’t able to clean before pic) and jewellery is titanium.
pic 1&2 current, 3 is freshly pierced you can see the amount of swelling i’m dealing with too

Aftercare- i clean these whenever theres build up, i try to avoid daily cleaning to prevent more irritation. I also sleep with a piercing pillow !
