Hello im trying to unlock my phone that I haven't used for 4 months .I've tried remembering it over and over but I just can't seem to remember .I've tried factory resetting it normally but the phones touch instantly stops working ive also tried connecting it to a mouse and even sending the phone to workshops and they also couldn't fix it .I only have my laptop to turn to now so can any one tell me how to unlock a phone using a laptop

Hello my tablet fell on the floor and the screen broke but the tablet itself was working perfectly fine for 2 days and then the touch randomly stopped working. I've turned the power off over and over and it opens showing the lock screen and every thing but the touch just doesn't work. I am indeed looking forward to sending it to the repair shop but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix it so that I don't send it to the repair shop for something small.
