Hello guys, I just need advice. I’ve been contemplating if mag resign na ba ako sa current work ko since consistently na akong napapagalitan ng babae kong TL? I just find it unfair na bakit pag ako ang pinagsasabihan through our Report Groupchat, palaging all caps and may exclamation point? I already received two warnings even in terms of revisions. Samantalang pag iba kong workmates na guys pinapagalitan, very calm ng approach. Period marks lang and no all caps.
Hindi ako mababaw na tao pero can’t help but think na bakit ang init palagi ng dugo sakin ng TL ko. Is she consistently reprimanding me via Report Groupchat para may screenshot documentation siya to back up na I shouldn’t be regularized? Evaluation ko na by June and I strongly believe na hindi rin ako mareregularize. Might as well unahan ko na. The only thing that’s holding me back is wala akong back up plan and God knows na ang hirap humanap ng trabaho. So yea, I don’t wanna be impulsive.
Any advice?
