Tips for neatly picking up sts along a slanted edge?
I’m making the Tombo Tee, which I’m obsessed with, but I’m not loving how the picked up collar is looking along the slanted edges of the neckline. I followed the pattern, using a smaller needle and picking up 3 for every 4 sts, but it still doesn’t look great (esp compared to the collar along the CO edge) and I want to redo it before I get too far along. Maybe I use an even smaller needle? Any other recommendations?
Also, in case it’s helpful, the slanted edges were made via k1, m1L/m1R increases. Next time, I’ll move the increases further inward by 2 or 3 sts to make it easier to pick up sts more neatly.
