I tried to make the Istro-Romanian spelling less slavic and more akin to standard romanian, it's my first time doing one of these, I'm open to criticism and advice.

The original flag features a different one that only appears on the flag, I just added the one that's like actually used everywhere else.

I both hate and love this thing at the same time
