Benchmarks usually result in 0-1 stutters but experiencing a lot of microstutters when driving in open world. Specs 9070xt 7600x3d 32gb drr5 ram 2 tb ssd.

Hi, I keep getting these random stutters in games. I already rma'd my gpu and did a clean install of windows. I also tried linux. The weird thing is that it will run fine most of the time but then stutter badly all of a sudden. I am not thermal throttling I think(highest gpu hotspot temp was 97 degrees and it has stuttered in the 80s.) I'm wondering if I am overreacting and the stutter here is occasionally normal. Example - farming sim 25 will run great most of the time on ultra. I cap it to 110fps. However, it will randomly stutter on occasion according to my overlay. I also ran memtest86 and testmem5 and it passed on xmp. Specs:7600x3d 9070xt corsair rm850x psu, samsung 990ssd 2tb. Btw I upgrade my PSU and my ssd. I previously had a crucial p3 plus and a corsair rm 750e Game with the most stutters is def forza horizon 6.

On cyberpunk 2077 I get really weird performance. for most of the time, its completely smooth. However, every couple of minutes, or while driving, there will be a frametime spike/microstutter. Is this a problem with the game or is it my system.

Is it normal for the microstutter rate to occasionally exceed 0 percent? I am asking this because it happens to me every once in a while. The highest it will go to for me is around 3 percent.
