Is it my cover and not the hub?

I've disassembled the Pod2 Pro case, I'm 99% certain it's not the solenoid (it moves VERY freely), and I *think* I've ruled out the pumps. Originally when I ran a prime with the drain tool, one side was very "sporadic" with the water output, whereas the other side seemed fine. Once I took pretty much everything apart (I have NOT removed the pumps), I DID notice a little "blob" of brown "something" in the little tiny plastic part (poor photo) on the intake of the left side (if one was looking at the front of the unit), which I think actually goes across and into the right-side pump (again if looking at the front of the unit). So I removed the zip ties for the longer tubes (intake and outake) for both sides and kinda "squeezed" them along their entire length and then ran another prime. It *seems* to be much better now. However, I don't know if the "pauses" in the priming is normal (or due to the fact it's not actually connected to the cover). I've got a video I took, so maybe someone can tell me if this is "normal" pump operation?

Question for unclogging process

OK, so my old pod two pro I’m pretty sure has clogged

I have a few more days to decide if I wanna spend $1600 on a pod four with only a two year warranty

Anyway, I’m following the link that was posted on here about preventing and clearing clogs

Right now, I’m doing the step to purge the hub

There are four ports for the drain tool to plug into

Two are closest to the hub and two are further away from the hub. Am I correct and assuming that the two ports closest to the hub are for the intake from the cover and that the two furthest away from the hub is where the water outputs to go into the cover?

I ask because when I run the priming cycle and I have the drain tool attached it seems that nothing comes out of the two ports that are closest to the hub. Water seems to flow pretty well on the output on the right most one that is further from the hub if you’re looking at the hub from its backend. The left port, however, seems to be the problematic one.

But I’m still on the first Reservoir tank of water and I put a little bit of vinegar in there to help flush things out

Thank you

Old Pod 2 Pro hub died -options

I bought a pod 2 pro Queen from eight sleep back in 2021. Last year I bought a pod 5 Queen. Gave my old pod 2 pro to my spouse (yes we sleep in separate beds due to work schedules and snoring).

2 weeks ago the Pod 2 seemed to stop cooking or heating. Contacted customer support went through the whole priming etc. sent photos. The unit is not under warranty.

I was researching options on eight sleeps website and it’s a tad confusing. Their site lists 3 levels of auto pilot - standard, enhanced, and elite. Only the latter two have 5 year warranties.

Since I’m an owner they have an offer of $600 off plus another $200 I believe if I trade in the non working hub. But it only comes with standard which is a 2 year warranty. I think that brings down to about $2,000 plus taxes and all that

Their chat bot says you cannot get enhanced plan only elite. Well that’s $400/year. Seems a bit pricey, IMO to pay like $2,000 for 5 year warranty ($33/month) on top of the $2,000 plus taxes for the unit. Although their order page says 5 year warranty with two asterisk but I scrolled down on the page and couldn’t find the two asterisks for ear that meant.

They also had an offer for pod 4 for like $1650 but NO warranty. As-is is what’s stated on the site.

From what I gather buying used is a veritable crapshoot as to whether it’s a stolen unit, etc. unless you want to use free sleep. I work in IT so that may be an option. Used pod 4 on eBay seems to be about $1,000

No problems with the cover AFAIK. No leaks. So I think just a hub would be needed

I like my pod 5 but I’m still paying for it via affirm for another 2 years.

I’m a bit confused as well as to what autopilot really gets you other than the warranty. I tried looking up my old receipt for the pod 2. I think it only came with 2 years of auto pilot. I didn’t opt to continue to pay for the monthly back then. Yet the app still does what we need it to

SKU Depot all messed up

Any other stores having issues with SKU Depot not being able to check other stores inventory?

Or even better it prints out the old price of something even though it shows a lower price for today?

Anyone else having weirdness in Bolt?

Ok so IMS can’t be used anymore for homing/sequencing. We have to use BOLT

Ever since that cutover we’ve been seeing entire bays where everything is unhomed somehow. The SKUs are in the bay in BOLT but every single one has lost the home toggle

I’ve also had several times where BOLT refuses to accept the toggle for Home. It’ll move immediately back to no Home when it’s the only SKU or location in the store

Help me understand 1099-INT forms showing up under wages and income

I have a few questions:

  1. If I have some 1099-INT that were reported via my EIN (I got the paper forms), it seems these do NOT show up under the personal Wages & Income transcript (at least NONE of them do). Is this normal?

  2. If so, where can I check to see if the IRS has received them for processing?

  3. I thought the banks basically transmitted these (1099-INT, personal or otherwise) electronically, so why is it taking the IRS so long to update? (I honestly don't know how stuff works at the IRS in terms of these things).

Wage & Income transcript missing about 10 or so 1099-INT

I did report these on my 1040 forms, but when I check my 2025 wage and income transcripts on the IRS website, it's missing approximately 10 of the 1099-INT that I received and reported. And these were not "small" amounts (200+ for each one) from bank bonuses that are treated as taxable income. I received the forms between Jan and Feb 2026. Is this normal for the delay or the IRS to not report these? Wonder if that's why I got the "we need another 60 days" notice (which doesn't show up on notices, BTW on the IRS website, even though I received the paper letter).
