Volvo s40 diesel. I turned it on this morning and heard this clicking noise but I can't determine where it's coming from. I would really like to know at least something about it before I hand it over to the mechanic. Does anyone have any idea what might be the cause?
Going through a tough period with my girl, wondering if someone could recommend some instrumental jazz albums to help drown out the head noise. I'm not looking for anything too specific though and I've also been listening to a lot of Marc Ribot so that's the vibe I guess.
Hello everyone,
I am doing some research on which chainsaw to buy. Yesterday I used my neighbors Stihl MS 170 for a bushcraft project and I instantly fell in love with it. I am now thinking of buying myself a chainsaw to start making more projects and also some sculptures in wood. I've decided to get a similar chainsaw but sadly I could not find a new MS 170 in my area, however within my price range I found;
MS 180
MS 172
MS 162
I understand that the higher horsepower is obviously better for more difficult tasks, but I'm still conflicted about how much power I need. Would the 180 be overkill or is the 162 too weak?
I gathered that wood carving also requires a special bar? Is it possible to carve with the stock bar? And do any of these chainsaws I've mentioned work with carving bars?
Thanks for your input!
