I've seen a few Chrysler srt 300 LX's for sale. Don't really know much about them but they go for less than a typical SSV. Does anyone have any info or experience with them. I.e reliability and such.
I'm considering getting an Ls400 as my daily. Anything I should look out for when inspecting? And how viable is it as daily?
My 2006 land cruiser 100 2UZ-FE has had this issue with the knock sensor constantly triggering.

To give some context my mechanic and an auto elec have been working on it for the past 7 months and haven't been able to solve the issue. This includes replacing the ECU, multiple electrical check overs and also a few attempts on dodgy electrical fixes. They are adamant that the problem is electrical.

I have tried a few other local auto elecs and they don't wanna take it, as they believe they won't be able to solve it.

I have had recommendations to take it to a performance shop to get a performance ECU or tune. Can anyone confirm this as a possible route to a solution or give any ideas?
