HRV DROPPED ON RETA. ONLY DOING 1MG NO OTHER SIDE EFFECTS. HOW CAN I IMPROVE IT?

I have a 2017 Lexus rx350 but recently the screen in my car glitches. It will go black and then be fine and continue like that. The radio works fine. The screen was replaced and still the same. Mechanics say there’s nothing wrong. Anyone experienced this?
