What should I expect for C&P Exam for Rhinitis?

I was recently rated at 30% for PTSD, depression, and anxiety, and my doctor prescribed me Fluoxetine 20mg. I wanted to reach out because I am feeling a little nervous about starting this medication and was hoping to get some guidance or feedback on what to expect.

I have a question regarding back pay for my VA claim. My condition was previously denied back in 2016. However, I recently submitted a Higher-Level Review (HLR) in January 2025, and the decision came back in my favor with a service connection granted.

Given that the claim was originally denied in 2016, would I be eligible to receive back pay to that date, or would it only go back to when I submitted the HLR in January 2025?
