I've been looking for apps to make a Legions imperialis list and I came across new recruit is it a good app?

I want to start a knight army all ready got armiger helverin and warglave but I'm struggling to come up with a paint scheme for them so does anyone have any tips on how to make a paint scheme?

So I've decided to start Legions so far I've got the starter set a infantry box and a banblade squadron but I've realised that's there's no army builder for Legions and the rule book doesn't have all the data sheets so is a website or something I can use to see all the data sheets and make a list?
