I'm new to PC and GTAV and installed a mod that messed a lot of stuff up on my game if anyone has it or can find it that would be awesome because I cant seem to find it.

Can anyone help clear things up. I need to haul my 4Runner (in Colorado) and am getting a lot of different answers here with what straps I need to use. I know I need 4 points from car to trailer but some places say 50% of total weight while others say I need (4) 10,000lb WLL straps. I have in possession a 4 pack of 1,000lb ratchets and a 3inch 10,000lb ratchet we use for hauling hay. Anybody who hauls cars know what I need for safety and to avoid getting pulled over? Thank you.
