Castelli Premio alternatives?

I love the Castelli Premio bibs. Their chamois, for me, is the best. They don't have any lumpy undulations, just a flat chamois but with different density areas.

But here's the problem--their straps absolutely suck. I've had two that, after less than 10 uses, have had the edges on they straps unravel. The first time, Castelli took it back, but now that it's happened again I need something else.

So recommendations please: I want a flat chamois profile, summer weight bib that is good for 6+ hours. I've tried Assos (the fabric on the pad doesn't work for me), Le Col (their 6 hour bibs are great for shorter rides but the chamois bumps trend to pinch me once the chamois cream sweats away), and Rapha (just not close). Any others I'm missing I should try? Not opposed to paying tier 1 if they have the Castelli comfort and padding without thy build quality issues.
