TECHNIQUE FOR ENTERING SV + SD

This is also a new technique from Vadim Zeland, which has been tested by the authors themselves and by readers. I am publishing the text below.

Until now, we have practiced entering the State of Spirit (SD) and the State of the Owner (SV) separately, in order to feel the specific nature of each of these states. To put it simply, SV is intended for managing oneself, while SD is intended for managing reality. But for FULL CONTROL AND AWAKENING, it is necessary to GATHER YOURSELF INTO ONE WHOLE.

ALGORITHM:

  1. <I am Attention itself>.

Enter Presence, that is, turn attention to attention itself: what it is occupied with, and take it under control. Lock attention onto yourself. Slightly tilt your head downward and direct the ray of attention into the floor. Pull the ray back into the eyes, while at the same time raising the head so as to look straight ahead.

  1. <I am the Body itself>.

Embrace your entire body with attention, TAKE IT AS A WHOLE. Not sequentially, part by part, but all at once as a whole. If you can be Attention itself, then you can also be the Body itself. In other words, it is necessary to dissolve Attention throughout the entire Body. MERGE ATTENTION AND BODY INTO ONE WHOLE.

  1. <I am Energy itself>.

Ignite yourself — all at once and as a whole, like a light bulb. Initiate this activation on the exhale. If it does not work all at once and as a whole, try spreading the “ignition” from the chest area, as if something lit up in the center and spread throughout the whole body — do this ON THE EXHALE. And without delay — DECISIVELY.

  1. <I am the Owner of myself>.

On another EXHALE, “inflate” your energetic shell and fix it into a cocoon in the shape of an egg. And immediately, DECISIVELY proclaim, silently or aloud:

I AM THE OWNER OF MYSELF.

  1. <I am Spirit itself>.

Establish contact with the access point. Extend the ray of attention into the point of Spirit, approximately at a 45-degree angle behind and above the back of the head. Proclaim, silently or aloud:

I AM SPIRIT ITSELF.

As a result, you should obtain a state/sensation of WHOLENESS, COLLECTEDNESS, POWER, FULL CONTROL.

A few explanations.

It is desirable to extend into the point of Spirit not merely a ray of attention, but, if possible, of energy — as if part of your energetic shell is directed backward and upward at an angle.

If the cocoon does not work, it will be enough simply to activate the energy throughout the entire body — to ignite yourself like a light bulb. You filled the body with attention, ignited it with energy.

The first four, or even all five points, can be combined into one or two instantaneous actions. Or they can be performed quickly and seamlessly, one after another.

Simplified algorithm:

  1. Pulled attention into the eyes.
  2. Filled the body with this attention.
  3. Ignited the energy throughout the whole body.
  4. Inflated the energy into a cocoon, while simultaneously saying: “Owner.”
  5. Extended the ray — of attention, of energy — into the point of Spirit, saying: “Spirit itself.”

All these steps flow into one another and merge into one almost instantaneous action. With this action, you can SWITCH YOURSELF ON VERY QUICKLY IN ANY SITUATION.

Even more simplified algorithm:

  1. On the exhale, pulled attention into the eyes, filled the body, ignited the body.
  2. On another exhale, extended the ray — of attention, of energy — into the point of Spirit.

You can repeat this peculiar “pumping” on the exhale several times.

The state will spontaneously be lost. It needs to be renewed from time to time. But something remains after it, since a cumulative effect is at work. You will notice that with each day you are filled with CALM CONFIDENCE AND STRENGTH. Because you are gradually BECOMING THE OWNER OF YOURSELF AND CONNECTING WITH YOUR SPIRIT ON A PERMANENT BASIS.

Reasons why it may not be possible to enter SV and/or SD:

  1. Relict memory of this state is deeply blocked.
  2. Weak energy, lack of experience working with energy.

TECHNIQUE FOR ENTERING THE OWNER STATE

This is a new technique by Vadim Zeland. This technique is not in the books, because it is a new experimental technique that was tested by the author himself and by other people. I am posting Vadim Zeland’s text and technique below.

You are not the Owner of your body (avatar), but only a User. For example, if insomnia can take possession of you, you are not the Owner of yourself. If you cannot fall asleep, it means your body exists on its own; you do not own it. Or, if you cannot quit a bad habit, then again, you do not own yourself.

In reality, you are divided within yourself. The division occurred when all kinds of shackles were placed upon you. Family and society, from early childhood, impose restrictions, frameworks, and conditions on a person so that he can fit into society, and they also attach labels and “dream markers” to him (see the books Tufti) so that it is convenient to manipulate him.

And life itself constantly demonstrates to a person that little depends on him; on the contrary, he is dependent on many circumstances. In addition, a person subconsciously feels that he is being led by a certain script (see the books Tufti), and this constantly and subtly weighs him down.

All people, one way or another, walk “bent over,” because the state of the Captive weighs them down. A person who is under bondage is subjected, in one form or another, to pressure and influence. And if there is influence, then one has to HOLD COUNTERACTION. One has to RESERVE ENERGY FOR RESISTING EXTERNAL FACTORS, CIRCUMSTANCES, AND EVEN SIMPLY FOR REMAINING IN THE STATE OF THE CAPTIVE.

When we move from the state of the Captive into the state of the Owner, energy is released. In the OS, what is felt is precisely relief as LIBERATION from shackles and a surge of power as the RELEASE of energy.

Readers were invited to enter into Ownership and Possession of themselves fully, strange as that may sound. Everyone who managed to do it stated the same thing — an unusual feeling of POWER, OMNIPOTENCE.

To enter the OS, you need to FEEL YOURSELF AS A WHOLE AND MERGE WITH YOURSELF. The main principles of Merging are: THIS IS MINE and I AM IT MYSELF.

To enter the OS, Attention and Avatar must be united into one whole.

I AM ATTENTION AND I AM THE BODY:
<All of this is mine and I am all of this myself>.

Or you can do it sequentially: first enter into <I am Attention itself>, and then into <I am the Body itself>.

The key to this state is the RESOLVE to become the Owner of yourself. You need to embrace your entire body with attention, TAKE IT AS A WHOLE. It is already yours and with you, but you need to TAKE it.

Integral formula:
FEEL YOUR BODY AS A WHOLE AND SWITCH ON YOUR RESOLVE.

It worked for those in whom RELICT MEMORY of this state awakened. On the subconscious level, we still know what it means to be the Owner of ourselves. But this knowledge may be deeply “curtained off.”

For those who did not manage to remember, I can offer a technique for entering the OS. To prepare for it, I recommended practicing the energy exercises described in the book Transurfing of Yourself.

Ownership of oneself is, first of all, the ABILITY TO FEEL YOUR ENERGY, TO POSSESS IT.

While going through the energy practices, we spoke about the movement of energy — in flows or in separate parts of the body. Now you need to IGNITE YOURSELF — immediately and as a whole, like a light bulb.

Initiate this activation on the exhale. If you have practiced energy exercises, you will be able to do it.

If it does not work immediately and as a whole, try to spread the “ignition” from the chest area, as if something lit up in the center and spread throughout the entire body — do this ON THE EXHALE.

And without delay — DECISIVELY.

4. <I am the Owner of myself>

On one more EXHALE, “inflate” your energy beyond the limits of the body. Not far — half a meter to a meter, as is comfortable.

You can do this with one mental effort. As you know, attention can move energy. And since you are now SIMULTANEOUSLY ATTENTION, BODY, AND ENERGY, then all the more — everything is at your disposal.

Fix your energy shell into a cocoon, in the shape of an egg.

And immediately, DECISIVELY proclaim, silently or aloud:

I AM THE OWNER OF MYSELF.

Now several explanations.

The practice of entering the OS should be performed systematically, at least several times a day, in various situations, even while walking. Especially in those cases when your attention, self-control, and command of the situation are required.

As you practice, you will discover that the first three, or even all four points, can be combined into one instant action. Or performed quickly and seamlessly, one after another.

For example: simultaneously with entering Presence, you pulled Attention into the Body, ignited Energy, expanded it into a cocoon, and became the Owner.

At the final step, you can and should mentally pronounce one word — “Owner” — so that it becomes a trigger for switching on this state.

Entering the OS, you automatically enter the state of <I am Intention itself>. You will have the feeling <I can do anything>.

Fixation in the cocoon is needed in order to fix you in the state of the Owner. The energy shell is already present around the physical body. But as long as you do not feel it and do not “hold” it, you are a User inside a bio-suit.

But as soon as you have TAKEN it — in essence, taken yourself — you immediately became the Owner.

Feel yourself in the cocoon. Move it. Walk in this cocoon in public places where it is not very tense, for example, in a park or in a shopping center.

Feel the connection of this cocoon with the surrounding reality. You can hook reality with the cocoon and try, as it were, to move reality itself. At the same time, you will feel viscous resistance.

You can expand the cocoon to the whole of reality. Feeling yourself, your energy, and at the same time Merging with reality, you can manage this reality, your layer.

It is not necessary to try to hold the feeling in the cocoon for a long time. Perhaps later you will discover that the feeling of the cocoon and the state of the Owner are already being held for a long time or constantly, in the background mode.

This is what systematic practice is needed for. Fix yourself in the OS, hold it for as long as you want, lose it when you want. The state is lost by itself, spontaneously.

But something remains after it, because here, as in SD, the CUMULATIVE EFFECT works.

You will notice that you are gradually being filled with CALM CONFIDENCE AND STRENGTH.

Because you are gradually becoming the Owner on a permanent basis.

I have a question for you: have you ever had the feeling or sense that you are not from here? I mean it in the sense that you are not an “earthly soul.”

This is quite difficult to explain within the usual limits of human understanding, but I will try to describe this feeling a little. Maybe some of you have experienced something similar.

It started somewhere in my childhood. I don’t remember exactly how old I was, maybe around 6–8 years old. When something happened in my life — certain circumstances, for example negative situations or simply meaningful moments — thoughts started appearing in my head. But they were not ordinary thoughts, the kind that usually spin around in the “thought-mixer” of the mind. They felt different.

So, something would happen in my life, no matter what exactly, and these questions would arise:

“What am I even doing here?”

“What is all of this for?”

“Why am I even here?”

“What am I going through here?”

“Why am I here?”

And so on.

It feels to me like I simply could not have come up with this through my own mind, especially at such a young age. I know and can say with confidence that it was not some kind of “awareness.” At that age, I did not even know that word, let alone anything about past lives.

And this feeling has not left me to this day.

It is quite difficult for me to explain this in words, but I think you understand what I mean.

So I want to ask you: have you ever experienced something like this? How do you explain it to yourself? Maybe you have studied some information about this topic?

Привет, яблочки мои. Значит, такой вопрос к вам.

Было ли у вас такое, что на голову вдруг падает капля воды? Причём вы, например, на улице - дождя нет, небо ясное, чистое, всё сухо. И ты такой стоишь и думаешь - откуда вообще могла взяться эта капля?

Я уже могу предугадать комментарии в стиле: «Да просто какой-то комар летел и, так скажем, скинул на тебя каплю воды». Ну допустим. Хрен с ним. Но тогда другой вопрос.

А если ты находишься дома? Сидишь, например, за компом, что-то делаешь или смотришь, и тут хренак - капля воды падает тебе прямо на голову. Причём ты её сразу чувствуешь, поднимаешь взгляд наверх, а там ничего нет. Потолок не течёт, не мокрый, всё нормально. Дождя на улице нет, окна закрыты. Вообще никаких очевидных причин.

И вот что это за история такая? Прямо реально — капля из ниоткуда.

Почему я вообще этим интересуюсь? Потому что со мной такое происходило уже много раз, и я до сих пор не могу себе это объяснить. Пробовал искать что-то про эту «каплю из ниоткуда» - нихрена не нашёл.

Может, вы сталкивались с таким? Что вы вообще об этом думаете?

Hello everyone.

I have a question for you: I don’t know how to pull myself away from the computer. It feels like I’m completely stuck in this endless scrolling/clicking loop. I spend way too much time clicking around and watching random things, especially useless junk and pointless content.

I simply don’t know what to do with myself. Although, on the other hand, I do know what I could be doing, but I still keep falling back into this monotonous routine. It feels like I’m ready for changes, but at the same time something is blocking me from moving forward. And this cycle keeps repeating. I don’t know how to break this loop.

I know a little bit about how it works: people in big corporations are not stupid. They create special algorithms and features specifically to pull you in, steal your time and attention, and get you hooked on this “information needle.” And I’m not talking only about YouTube, Telegram, and so on.

So my question to you is: how do you practice digital minimalism, if you practice it at all? Maybe you could recommend a book, video, course, or your own personal method? It would be incredibly useful for me. I would be insanely grateful for any advice.

Всех приветствую! Решил закинуть сюда пост, потому что сейчас в моей жизни как-то пустовато с друзьями и знакомыми, и хочется действительно найти классных людей для общения.

О себе даже не знаю, что сказать, помимо того, что я «прекрасный слушатель». Увлекаюсь ИИ-шками, играми, обожаю музыку (в принципе, слушаю всё подряд +-, но особенно заходят витчхаус, дабстеп, BONES, Lil Peep, Freddie Dredd и т.д. — годной музыки в запасе реально много).

Но главное — хотелось бы разделить частичку себя с другим человеком. Есть столько всего, о чем хочется рассказать, но мне банально некому всё это изложить. Я слишком вдумчивый, будто застрял в своей собственной голове, и мне так сильно не хватает общения, вы даже не представляете, ребята.

Я уже и не помню, когда в последний раз общался с кем-то по душам. Знаете это чувство, когда проговариваешь всё, что накопилось, и тебе становится легче и проще? Ты будто расцветаешь после таких разговоров. Я, честно говоря, и понятия не имею, кто такой друг. Много размышлял над этим, но ответа для себя так и не получил.

Мне хочется просто душевно поболтать вечерком, скинуть какой-нибудь мемасик, рассказать, может быть, что-то интересное или полезное. Пишу это всё абсолютно искренне, с капелькой любви и своей своеобразностью. Банально хочется обменяться мыслями. Иногда чувствуешь себя отчужденным в этом мире: кто-то общается, встречается, смеётся, что-то делает, а я только созерцаю пустоту и тишину, варясь в своих мыслях.

Надеюсь, найдется хотя бы один человек :3 🌌🫂
