I'm on my 2nd Mazda CX-50 (Had to get out of my lease), and I financed my current one. However, the dealers like to get you and slap on that stupid GAP shit at the end which makes your payments THAT much higher.

I've had this 2nd one since January, and I've come to really realize that the car payments just aren't feasible. They're absolutely killing me every month- but the interest rate is great. It's a great car- safety features are top notch, driving ability is top notch, off-road ability is fun, but damn.

FWIW, I had a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek before I got my first CX-50 (2023). I loved the Crosstrek, but it was damn noisy as hell, seats were uncomfortable, but GREAT on gas and practicality.

The CX-50 is great too - still is; great safety features (a big plus), space, and fun driving abilities (sport mode and off road ability).

I'm looking into possibly trading into something used or less expensive - I'm looking at either the Crosstrek Wilderness or Sport, Kia Sportage, or Toyota Rav4.

Any tips? Ideas? Suggestions? THANK YOUUUU
