[Free eBook] The 5-Minute Somatic Reset, A quick, actionable guide to managing anxiety and panic attacks. (Free until [14/08])

Hi everyone,
After struggling for years with severe anxiety and panic attacks, I finally found real relief through somatic bodywork exercises. I decided to compile the most valuable, practical solutions that actually worked for me into a quick, actionable guide called The 5-Minute Somatic Reset.
To celebrate the launch, the eBook is completely free to download right now (and is also available on Kindle Unlimited).
As a first-time publisher, I am actively looking for honest reviews and constructive feedback. If you pick it up, I would absolutely love to hear your thoughts so I can improve my writing for my next book.

Thank you so much for your support!

Received Rejection on KDP

Hi everyone !
I’m fairly new to KDP and still learning the ropes of self-publishing. Recently, I put together a short 30 page eBook using AI tools.
Initially, it was approved, so I ran a free promotion to get some momentum and early reviews. However, after I uploaded an updated version (I edited only the formatting, font, and layout and didn't touch the actual words) of the manuscript, the book was instantly rejected. I haven't received the detailed email from the KDP team yet explaining why.
I’d love to get some insight from experienced authors here:
-What are the best practices for using AI-generated content on KDP to stay safe from copyright issues or rejections?
-Do you have any general advice or recommended resources for a beginner looking to improve their publishing skills?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
