I dont know what to do at this point

First pic is today, second is about a week ago. About a month ago he got cut on something on his side, which is since fully healed. Shortly after that, he developed finrot. So far I've treated with kanaplex, salt, tannins, and methalyne blue. As of this morning he how has what i would describe as a fungal infection. What the hell should i do at this point? He was in a hospital tank for all the treatments, but he started losing color and getting lethargic. I put him back in his 10g and he has more color and is more energetic. Now that hes in the 10g I've basically made it a black water tank. What else can I do at this point. Im so lost

Opinions?

Gargy goes into his new bioactive scape today!!! He has his coconut hide, a ground hide, and a large cork round built into the background. Several pothos, spider plant, live moss, asparagus fern, birds nest fern, and a philodendron Brazil. Ill move his heat lamp and UVB at the same time i move him. I have a safe low watt grow light coming early next week as well. Active isopod and spring tail colonies. Mister goes off for 20 seconds every 10 hours, and manual misting of the plants as needed. Mister can absolutely be turned down if needed. Humidity is curreny 86%, but the mister just went off.

What do we think? Should i change anything before he goes in?

Im personally very happy with the results😌

Update

Update to my last post: my bettas wound is healing beautifully on its own with the extra tannins. Im worried he may have early fin rot as his fins are ever so slightly fraying. Parameters are all zero, and the tank is well over a year old if not 2 years. I have a 6g hospital tank already set up just in case. I want to avoid medicating this early if possible, but absolutely will if needed. Already have Kanaplex and Ethromyocin on hand as well as salt. He wont let me get a great* pic of his fins, but i hope this is enough. Im a hypochondriac when it comes to my animals, and I dont wanna lose this guy!!!!

Swollen gills?

Ive had this boy since November in a fully planted 10g. Im worried he has swollen gills. He's always been very calm and timid with the snails (1 mystery snail and idk how many bladder snails). He's recently started flaring at his reflection a lot with no real reason why. The tank its self has been running for well over a year at this point. Im probably just being a hypochondriac, but I want to make sure hes ok.

Temp: 78⁰
