July Trip 🌴

Staying at Hotel L’Esplanade in Grand Case. Have already booked a catamaran tour and made a few dinner reservations.

Would love some suggestions of beaches to visit that won’t be affected by saragassum. Planning to spend a lot of time at Le Petit Hotel, which is beach front. We were not planning on renting a car, but may consider it once we arrive.

If anyone has any other suggestions of beaches/activities to do that are in walking distance or a short ride by taxi, it would be greatly appreciated!

What do you think?

I was treated for UTI symptoms with Bactrim… culture ended up being negative, but there were trace amounts of blood visible at the Dr.’s office. Did not have a ton of typical UTI pain, just pressure, bloating and urgency… Bactrim seemed to exacerbate the bloating. I Have finished the Bactrim (2 weeks ago) and I still feel very, very bloated, particularly after I eat- the urgency seems to come and go. Any idea if this could be from the antibiotic? I have an appointment with my OBGYN to rule out pelvic-floor related issues (I recently started exercising quite a bit), but now I’m thinking this may be more gastric? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
