Help with learning Airbus systems

I have been flying a lot of career mode lately, and have finally worked my way ip to the big boys (Boeing and Airbus).

I have a small fleet of 737s and feel that the learning curve was not that steep. Once I had learned where to input the ILS frequencies I was set, and it was just a case of refining my flying technique.

Airbus on the other hand feels like a whole different kettle of fish, and to add to my problems, I’m not sure if some of my difficulties stem from xbox not having been very well implemented avionics wise. For example I can’t input the ILS frequencies into the FMC. Just won’t work.

Has anyone else here had experience flying Airbus on Xbox, and is it a me problem or a platform problem. Are there any tutorials out there that are not 90 mins long but also not too cursory. Do I need to get involved with the simbrief pad thing that seem to accompany all Airbuses? Any help would really be appreciated because I want to get into the heavy cargo game

Long Range flights

I am playing FS in career mode on an xbox and wondered if there are any trans-atlantic/trans-continental flights on offer that can’t be handled by a 737 and require an A330 or something.

I currently have a small fleet of 737s (which I love flying) and was wondering if getting a long range Airbus would give me access to more missions. Any insight would be welcome

I have just unlocked remote cargo, and tried the yellow star mission in an A400. Not a fan. It feels very ‘wafty’ if that makes sense. Are there any marketplace planes people would recommend? I used to fly a C-17 in xplane, and wouldn’t mind trying that again, but there are two versions available. Which one is better?

Have been waiting a long time, but it seems the super heavy cargo certificate is up and running (renamed oversized cargo). Does this mean they have fixed the bugs and the missions are now available in career?
