UK heatwave- will my little guys be ok?

My house is in a Victorian terrace. My bedroom was 28c all through last night, and when I checked the tank this morning it was coming up at 30c. It's been like 35 outside. Should I be panicking or are they ok with this short term?

These go fucking crazy. Picked them up at the polish supermarket. Holy drumstick

Insane chicken flavour. Mild spice. Huge msg hit. Great crunch and fantastic texture with the cross hatching. Honestly 8.5/10 for me personally but that's because my tastes usually lean towards heavily acidic salt and vinegar/lime and chilli. It's at no fault of the flavour I'm 100% certain this is somebody's 10
