should i plant my monstera thai con deeper into the soil or is this tied appropriately for support?

edit; thankyou for all the helpful advice- i’ve found the answer i was looking for by a retired lawyer. some of yall are weird for thinking i wouldn’t dye my hair for my children. this is 100% serious and i came for actual advice and helpful opinions. my kids are #1 in my brain and ill do anything to fight for them. i just needed clarity on wether this persons words were intended to actually be helpful or if i was dealing with her typical judgmental opinions about my life.

background info- i have court on 06/03 for a custody case with my kids dad. i’m looking to go for residential parent/full custody and apparently my black/orange hair isn’t ’full custody’ enough.

am i overreacting for thinking this is hella overstepping? if a judge will really think my custody qualifications can be judged by a hair color- it’s shitty but i don’t want to hurt my case over silly stuff so ill go all black. BUT if she’s just trying to be manipulative because im black sheep-y (alt/soft goth?) then im sticking with my orange because my family’s been like this my whole life (hair color, piercings, tattoos etc)
