So many of them this year. I don’t know how many Terro baits I’ve gone through and they just keep coming. They’re even wandering around upstairs through the bathroom sinks, even though there’s no food there.

I’ve been an extremely loyal SWA flyer for 20 years. Qualified for companion pass multiple years and have been either A-list or ALP for 10 consecutive years. I’m disappointed to say they may have finally driven me away.
This past weekend, I flew a round trip nonstop with AA. The ticket cost less than Southwest even with a fully refundable, exit row / extra legroom fare, I was one of the first 20-30 people to board, and one of the legs they gave me a choice between a sandwich, hummus plate or cheese plate! Seat back entertainment screens. All for a lower fare.
If they bring back non assigned seating I’ll still consider Southwest since I prefer to pick my own seat at boarding. But all other things equal, they’re just an inferior product with higher prices and worse hardware now. Nothing to differentiate them.
It was a great several decades, and I hope things get better, but until then I’m a free agent.
