I’m coming from TV Time and was tryin to move my history from TV Time using TV Time + Trakt exports into Sofa Time. some episodes I haven’t watched are marked watched and others are missing. Anyone have a simple fix or safe way to reconcile without losing real data?

So I was trying to download my TV Time data since they chose to shut down, and on my end it’s been stuck on ‘Generating your data. This may take a few minutes’ for over an hour. I was just wondering how long it took for everyone else to get their data when they try to download it?
So the day after RSD I order the only album I was missing and I still didn’t receive it. They send me a email a couple of days ago saying they didn’t forget about me but I just want to know am I’m the only one having this issue or did anybody receive their Records yet and if so how long did it take for them to receive it. I will just be upset if they made me wait this long only for them to end up canceling it
