Hello Good People of Dubuque - my husband and I are planning a long weekend to your area the first weekend of December. I have a few questions and would appreciate any help you can provide.

1. Is there a place you’d recommend for a Friday night fish fry? Not opposed to driving into Wisconsin (within reasonable distance).

2. Is there a place you’d recommend to watch the Packers game on Sunday? (Again, not opposed to driving to Wisconsin).

3. We are celebrating a milestone birthday and were thinking of going to Brazen (have been there before and enjoyed). Is there somewhere else we should consider?

4. Any places that are a “don’t miss” or any other suggestions that you have?

Thank you in advance. Looking forward to being there!!

Looking for the name of a dj called Fitz Dog who hosted the drive time slot on ???? Probably a classic rock station.

We stopped at WDM Costco yesterday and in addition to other things, we were looking for Costco’s Margaritas (I think they are golden, you know, the big premixed bottle). We couldn’t find it anywhere. They’ve recently moved things around a little and we assumed we just missed it. When we asked at the checkout, they looked it up. We were told that the state was holding the margaritas. Anyone know why???
