May the fruits of your labor (day) roll into the yard on four fully inflated tires and find shade under a mighty tree, on solid ground, free of mischievous wire-munching chipmunks. May your cooler stay filled, and the grill fired up, with a spare propane cylinder at the ready, and an epic playlist that runs on and on and on.

I bought my first rotted muscle car for under $1K half a century ago. $1000 is worth roughly $5000 today.

Money gets made. Money gets spent. Rust never sleeps, but memories last forever.

Custom builds can be awesome, but they eat up time and money.

Do slide-in modules like Vancubic and PlugVan make sense? Why aren’t they more popular?

Building an insulated box from scratch isn’t difficult and doesn’t require expensive tools. I’ve built coolers from scratch using XPS foam, fiberglass cloth and epoxy. The largest cooler was 3x4. I’m wondering if it would be possible/practical to build a giant box that fills a high-roof Transit’s cargo space.

Keep digging, my friends. Faith will be rewarded.

I’ve been thinking about picking up an older Bolt, but I can’t live with uncomfortable seats. Modding the seats will be top of the list if I find the right Bolt at the right price. Wondering if it’s possible to do something about the fangs.
