Sellers Disclosure

Any good seller disclosure ideas for the sellers to easily fill out SD? My sellers dislike the template I use with hot fields in dotloop, but they hate printing and filling out. What works best for you?

Beware of Pathos Communication

Stay far away from Pathos. They told me I would not be charged unless I approved the article they wrote.

I repeatedly told them I do not approve the article and do not authorize publication. Instead of respecting that decision, I received repeated harassment emails and messages threatening to charge me $5000

Despite my objections, they published the article anyway and charged my credit card $5,000.

My experience was months of pressure, harassing emails, publication without my approval, and a $5,000 charge I never authorized.

Stay far away!!!

Be careful who you trust with your marketing budget

Phone system recommendations for a small Property Management company (4 PMs)?

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some phone system recommendations for my small property management company.
Right now, we have 4 Property Managers (PMs) who each handle their own "pod" or portfolio of properties. Our current setup is pretty messy: we have one main company line that just rings straight to my personal cell phone, and all of our PMs are using their own personal cell phones to talk to tenants and owners.
I want to get us onto a proper system. Ideally, I’m looking for something where:
We keep our main business number.
An automated receptionist/IVR can route callers to the correct PM (ideally through a name directory or, even better, by property/portfolio if a system does that).
PMs can make and receive calls on their cell phones using a business app so they don't have to give out their personal numbers anymore.
Since we are a small team of 4, we don't need a massive enterprise setup, just something reliable and easy to configure.
What are you guys using? Any specific VoIP providers or setups you’d recommend for this kind of pod layout?
Thanks in advance for any help!
