Anyone else have this issue? Maybe my equipment's too old. My phones, TV's, etc. are just fine. Google Maps, Reddit searches, etc. on my desktop are slow using ethernet cable.
Is there a recommended work around for this? I'm not sure what's causing it. I've got an old Dell PC running Win. 11. Could it be a Dynamic IP address issue?

I've got a bay window that I noticed is leaking. From what I can tell, it looks like it's warped at the top above the large, center window.
For at least a temporary fix, is there a recommended clear caulking that I can put on the vinyl opening and will I be able to remove it later if I can get it fixed correctly?
Looking for mat'l and brand specific if possible.
