What dug this hole?
Found this hole this morning between my marigolds, bell peppers, and potatoes. It’s in a 2ft raised garden bed that’s fenced in chicken wire. Chicago, Illinois suburbs

Husband (42) and I (34) have been trying for #2 for over a year. After the year mark we got fertility testing with a RE because we want 4 kids and aren’t in our 20s… results came back last week and husband’s sperm count, motility, and shape are all well below normal (like, he has the count of a 70+ yo man). The RE is suggesting he take some gummy vitamins from a company his office has a partnership with and re-test in 3 weeks. Does anyone have positive experience with vitamins drastically changing sperm count/motility/shape? Or is the RE trying to make extra because of the relationship with the vitamin company? Not a prescription and over $200 for a 3 month supply.
Women should celebrate Independence Day in the US on August 18, not July 4, because that’s the day the 19th Amendment was ratified.
Husband and I put our house on the market and had two offers in the first week. Offer 1 was $15k under and offer 2 was asking price but we would have had to pay $10k in closing costs. We countered offer 1 with $5k under and they accepted. We had 12 showings in the first 7 days on market, inventory is low in the area, average time on market before going under contract in the area is 17 days. The day after we listed, the 8yo water heater went out (because of course) so we replaced it and didn’t change the ask to reflect that.
We are excited to go under contract so soon, but I just read that multiple offers in week 1 means the property is underpriced, and now I’m curious if we should have held out for additional, higher offers? Tbh I’m still a little (pleasantly) surprised we were able to get offers at/so close to asking and so quickly, as the market here was very different last summer.
ETA: Thank you all for your input! We are happy; feeling lucky and very very grateful. I had just never heard that multiple offers week 1 means you underpriced before and was curious if others felt the same.
