How do I regulate my anger towards my younger brother?

I (21,f) have a younger brother (9). He is the most precious thing in my life. I have taken care of him since I was 12. I have seen him grow. I was there to take care of him. It feels I am less like his sister, more of his mother/ guardian.

My mother died few years ago. This put everyone in a difficult position. My father is a very responsible father. But there are times he cannot take care of him alone. Taking him to school, breakfast, lunch, dinner is everyone's responsibility, including mine. I have no problem in it.

The main issue is the studies. He is learning a new language. I am not really familiar with it, honestly. But it's compulsory for him. He has a tuition teacher and he basically takes care of him.

Today his teacher did not come and I had to take over his studies. He is slow, obviously with the a new and a difficult language. For some reason, I just lost my temper really badly around him. I didn't hit him. But I yelled at him and I sweared at him as well.

This has happened to me before. But I kept it at bay for a few years. And this suddenly happens today.

My brother, understandbly is upset and afraid of me.

I wish to get better. I have no access to therapy or anger management. Is there a way to resolve this?

I feel really guilty about participating in gossip of a good friend

We are 4 people. Me and B were always a duo since the beginning of college. Later on, D and S joined us and we kind of became like friends who sit together during lectures, we sometimes eat together, and share notes and pics to each other. Me and S are also good friends. But S is a private person. But I understand as I am a private person too. We have fun and attend lecs together but we never engaged in deep and vulnerable conversation, because we are not that type. This year we made quite a progress though.

S burrowed money from me and B. She wanted to pay her friend and she was short on cash ig. We gave her the money without questions and she returned the money back. We never really thought too much about it.

D found out that that money was used to pay off her examination fee. We found out that it's not only us, but she asked a lot of people money to pay off her examination fee. It was a huge amount.

I was shocked and hurt. I was hurt that I got to know about her business from random people. I know its not easy to be vulnerable about your financial situation. But i didnt like how she lied about it. I also got to know a lot of people didnt like her because she borrowed a lot of money without giving them reasonable explanations. Rumors are she took that money and spent it on her boyfriend ( I don't believe this too much because they have broken up and he is a POS, but maybe it could have happened before we became friends idk).

Me, D and B ended up having a conversation. S was not present. Me and B had no idea what the topic of convo.

D ended up just saying we should not be friends with her. B defended S by saying it is her business. And the things are in the past. But I ended up being silent because I was confused and shocked as to how many people disliked her. It finally clicked me all the indirect ways of everyone telling me to stay away from her. People gave her funny looks. But I was too naive to understand back then.

I am very ashamed. I felt like I should have defended S against D more. But I ended up being silent. It's is S's business. And she gave the money back. So why the gossip from her own friends?

I don't speak with D voluntarily these days. After her nasty behavior, I only speak to her when needed.

But I am really guilty and ashamed. S is such a nice person. But I am shit. I should have defended her.

Should i check out how the clubs play or should I just watch how they play in the upcoming leagues?

I am an old/new fan. I watched Real Madrid for 2 years because everyone around me did. Then I left watching football altogether as life got busy.

The WC made me want to pick up watching football.

Obviously due to nostalgia, I wanted pick Madrid, but there was so much drama in last 2 seasons.

I watched some premier league matches, and I really liked Liverpool. But I guess it was the wrong move, because everybody is getting transferred so idk maybe I got my expectations high?

Idk I need some advise? Should I explore more clubs by watching previous match highlights or should I explore clubs by watching upcoming leagues of various countries.

BTW I am from a country where football as a culture is basically non existent, so I can't really support a local team.

HOD and their power trip.

A few days ago, I had my prelims. I was writing my paper and the HOD called out for me. I didn't even do anything. He thought I was cheating by looking at my batch mates paper.

He took both of our papers, and he proceeded to just insult and scold me pretty badly. He didn't even give our papers back. I had to quickly take our papers after he left the exam room. He once again accused me of cheating and made me sit in the front. He later and was surprised that I was writing my paper on my own, all while smiling as if he didn't just cook me and ruined what little confidence I had. I also got to know later that that batch mates paper was literally empty. So there was nothing to look at.

I got to know later he was actually kinda encouraging cheating. Everyone was cheating, because the paper they made was ASS. He literally ignored people who were cheating right in front of his face. I didn't even cheat, and I was made an example. For what?

I was so disturbed that I didn't even ask anyone for any answers even after he left the room. I might just fail these internals again. By 1 or 2 marks again.

Came home and cried because not only did they make the paper so fucking tough and not give us one study day after psm, they expect us to complete the entire syllabus in one night. The pattern sucked. The questions sucked. And while running on no sleep, then to deal with these stupid two faced assholes who just like to have authority on students half their age. They fail students by .5 marks. Just shameless bunch of people.

Worst part is that there is a good chance he might take my viva in few days. He might remember man 😭. He doesn't look like he forgets faces. Oh god I am cooked.

Can't wait to finish this year and gtfo of here.
