I’m feeling so lonely and isolated, in fact this post is part of me trying to get back into social media as reaching out and making connections and not just doomscrolling.
Anyway, I’m Betsy, I am a crafter and teacher and I have three autistic sons (two 11 year olds and a 14 year old) and a very audhd in denial husband. I love books and cats and making things with my hands. Life is crazy. Making and keeping friends is hard.

I was having trouble with 42 mg out of the gate to start. My provider gave me some 21 mg samples and due to a misunderstanding I started taking them morning and night. That ended up working really well for me. Provider happy to continue but as she predicted the insurance is denying the 21 twice a day.
Any advice? Just call main insurance line and see what they can do? Would a prior authorization work? Anyone else in this situation or try 21 2x per day?
I’m going to try 42 at night again to see if now that I’m more used to it I can handle it.

I was diagnosed with MN 13 years ago after pregnancy and then had an injection, that kept me pretty much pain free until now. Last Monday I had an ultrasound guided injection, and it was incredibly painful. He told me I should get relief in about 48 hours but as the numbness wore off the pain returned. It’s not as sharp but it still hurts a ton.
A few questions: is it normal to have such intense pain with injection? I remember it hurting the first time but not like this. I don’t know if this means it’s something else in addition to the MN.
I scheduled a two week follow up but I am in so much pain, is it likely that’s as much as the shot will help and I should just call to get a sooner follow up?

Anyone else have a miss from your sale haul? I just got my package after it being held hostage in a USPS hold and I’m dismayed to find Hell is Other People is a straight up linear holo. I didn’t read carefully, and all the official photos looked like a scattered holo on my phone. I guess I’ll try to love her.
