What was the point of cleaning the drop weights?
I mean, aren't they going to rust anyway when they release them and they stay for eternity on the ocean floor? Stockton couldn't afford to coat them in oil so they wouldn't flash rust? He no longer had the power sanders they used to grind down the high spots from the carbon fiber?
Solid Lines on Reports - newest version bug?
Got some end users saying our reports are not showing everything correctly. Took a look at it and it seems some machines have what might be a bad update. Solid lines on a report in Print Preview (or physical printouts) are not shown, but visible on Report view. If I change the type to something like "solid dash" instead of "solid", they show. Is Microsoft aware of this bug, and how fast do they typically release a hotfix for something like this?
Flat metal ring with spikes and holes
Flat metal ring with spikes and holes. Spikes on both sides. Lightweight, I assume aluminum. Found at a parking lot.
Bell & Howell Floppy Drive
I noticed that one of the Apple II floppy drives I have is actually a Bell & Howell drive. Some prior owner painted the outer casing to be beige. I'm tempted to leave it as is. If I were to remove the beige, what would I need to use?
The Pen
I'm re-watching the video where Stockton is talking to David Pogue. He pulled a blue OceanGate touchscreen pen out of his sleeve pocket. The cameraman zoomed into it, as my screenshot shows. Is it possible this is the kind of pen that survived the implosion?
