Not having a good time anymore

I've been doing my Spravato treatments for a little more than a month now, and for some reason it's making me very anxious to go back. I do not enjoy the treatments at all, the taste is awful, the high is awful, and I feel bad afterwards for hours. The thing is, the treatments are actually helping, I feel less anxious and depressed but I haven't been back in two weeks because I keep cancelling and the depression is back. Has anyone else dealt with this, I want to be able to go to these appointments and actually stick with it because it's helping me in the long run.

Feeling discouraged

On week three, dose five of my spravato treatments, and today was very different than what I experienced with my other treatments.

It started out okay with the usual dizziness, but soon my blood pressure got so low I started feeling nauseous, had a really bad episode of derealization, and started crying out of nowhere, plus the panic I felt when I almost fainted and the high was way way more intense.

It was really awful and now I'm very discouraged to continue because I don't want it to happen again, I'm still very nauseous and feel awful hours later. I'll also add that I have POTS, and that I've been told that Spravato usually raises blood pressure, not lowers it, so that worries me even more.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? Looking for words of encouragement <3

How to stop teeth grinding and clenching?

I have treatment resistant depression so it's been a struggle to find a med that works, but 5mg of Trintellix seems like it's doing the job. The only problem is that it's making me grind my teeth and clench my jaw to the point where I'm having headaches and neck pain, and sometimes I'll just tap my teeth together.

Is there any way to relieve/stop this besides getting off the Trintellix?

How to inhale?

At my second appointment and I feel like I'm wasting it. It keeps pooling in my nose and dripping out, and going down the back and my throat and burning, it tastes so bad. I'm trying to slow inhale/sniff but it comes out more like drops and not a mist?

Starting Spravato this week

Like the title says, I'm starting Spravato on Tuesday. I'm anxious about this as I've never really been "high", I've smoked marijuana before but not that much. What is everyone's experience with Spravato, and any suggestions on what should I do before my first appointment, and during?

I should also add that I'm starting because of very treatment resistant depression and medicines have started giving me bad side effects, even the meds I'm on right now are messing me up lol

Squishmallow pillow hurting my neck

Has anyone else bought a squishmallow pillow and for a about six months it's good, but afterwards it starts giving you head and neck pain? I bought the medium a while back and now the pain it's giving me is unbearable, wondering if anyone else has dealt with this.

Seroquel 25mg

I was just put on 25mg of Seroquel after being off of it for a while, and I was wondering, does 25mg actually help with anxiety, bpd, ocd, etc.? It definitely helped me with my sleep I'll say that.

Trintellix for anxiety

I tried trintellix when I was a younger adult (about 18), I'm 25 now and just got back on it, and I was wondering if it also helps with anxiety? I have pretty generalized anxiety and worry about things I shouldn't worry about, so I was hoping Trintellix may help with it.

Let me know if it's helped you! :)

2mg made me feel horrible?

I was recently put on 2mg of Abilify, took it a few nights ago, and couldn't sleep that night. My heart was racing, severely nauseated, and my blood pressure got so low I had to be taken to the hospital.

Has anyone else dealt with this? I'm wondering if it's just my body getting used to the medication but I'm terrified of taking another dose 😭

Question about the Wyldwoods and Wyldbloom.

So we know that Xin Zhao went back to Ionia to learn about the spirit blossoms blooming (Wyldbloom). In Trials of Twilight: The Warning, he was mentioned to have been asking gardeners about the Wyldwoods, which made an appearance with the new season in Pandemonium. Are the Wyldwoods and Wyldbloom somehow connected? I might just be missing pieces of lore that I haven't seen yet 😅

10mg Viibryd + 10mg Buspar

I started this combo last Sunday, and side effects (extreme dizziness, nausea, confusion, headache, tremor, generally feeling awful) started within three days of taking it. After five days, I was in the hospital with mild serotonin syndrome.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm really confused because I've taken plenty of SSRIs before at much higher doses and never had this reaction. I was even on 5mg of Lexapro + 10mg Buspar right before this.
