Hey guys, so my GF (not officially yet, as she is currently in Texas so I'm waiting for her to return to make it official) just got accepted into college.
It's only 2.5 hours by train, which is pretty manageable. Thing is: I could serve my military service in her city. She is probably going to live with a friend of hers.
Now my question: am I "overreacting" by thinking about serving and living there? If not, I might see her like every two weekends. Does anyone have more experience with "long distance"?

Hey my Greeks, I‘m going to Kreta, Malia this June. I‘m going with my class so we will party most of the time, but I also would love to see a bit. Does anyone have recommendations? Maybe a history museum, some ruins, or something which is interesting
