JFK T4 Chase lounge - what hours can PP users with a non Chase card (US Bank) use the lounge?

This is what it says in the PP app:

>note: restricted access for non-chase members between the hours 10:30 - 14:00 daily.

I read it that non-Chase PP members can only enter before 10:30 or after 2PM. Correct?

And non-Chase PP members may be restricted between 10:30 or after 2PM, which means you might get it in but you might not. Correct?

Or does restricted mean that they can't get no matter what?

I see a lot of people online read it the opposite way - that non-chase PP members can only enter between 10:30 and 2PM and can't enter outside those hours, but I saw reports that some got in outside those hours, so I assume it's the former.

Can anyone confirm?

Why have higher extended stay rates for 10+ days of drop in visits?

Just curious why a sitter would have higher extended stay rates for 10+ days of drop in visits. I realize sitters can set their fees however they want, but I honestly can't think of why a sitter would do this. Is it to actually discourage longer drop in visit sittings?

Found some suggestion online that said to make sure "always allow" was turned on for the messaging app in Special Access > Premium SMS Access and it was.

Another said to make sure "Device Block" in my account was turned off and it is. Block Chargeable Text and Picture Messages is also turned off.

Any idea how to fix this?

I called T-Mobile and they said there shouldn't be anything blocking it on my account. They had me reset my network setting and phone and the same thing is still happening. Others online have been receiving replies so the short code is working for others.

My SO's phone on same account receives a reply so it's not our T-Mobile account. I also have another SIM with another provider in my phone (S24) and the message just fails to send. So it must be my S24 blocking it some how. Thought?
