My Toon turf merchs came

after all that time, I only had my poster. when I saw that my other products were going to the sender, I had ordered the Toon Turf Doodle book, Riggy plush and the Toon Turf crewneck so I emailed Juniper Creates and they sent it again. Now they have arrived and I am very happy with them. Thank you Juniper Creates for sending it again, and thank you Danno for the three years I've been watching you with your shorts. You made me happy every time you made a new short or a video. This was the first time I ever bought something from a fandom I'm in, definitely worth it.

I bought four items: the poster, the doodle book, and the Riggy plush, Toon Turf crewneck. I already have the poster, but the rest will arrive later. However, a few days ago I checked the shop app and it says "returned to sender," and in my email it says "a shipment exception occurred." I have already sent an email stating that I do want my products. They haven't responded yet. I hope they respond soon. Is there anything else I can do?
