I have a new super dwarf reticulated Python who is quite the defensive spicy noodle. My other snakes are very mild noodles, so I’m not used to the spice level in this girl. It sounds like gloves may be helpful for helping my confidence while I learn to handle her, but what type of gloves are recommended?

My older catasetum-types all behave and start their new growths at the base of the old growths. Two new plants have new growths starting midway up the old pseudobulb or at the top of the old pseudobulb. Do I cut them off?
