Hi everyone.

I have been taking sertaline 150mg and 15mg mirtazapine for around 2 years and honestly it saved me, i really wasnt in a good place. I have multiple sclerosis and where my brain lesions are placed they think it can cause depression. I am on holiday and I have just had a really bad depression episode/ 2 hour dip that took me back to the start of them 2 years! I started panicking, urging, crying.

Before I came on holiday I did have a dip in depression a week before but it seemed to level itself out so i was happy and the doctor said to leave it and not up medication for now, but 3 days ago it happened again and i started feeling down, even my face was sad /mouth😔 so I just went sleep.

Now two days i have had this very bad dip and it honestly scared me and i started panicking and upset. I contacted my doctor but they said they can't help me/ give me advice as im abroad. I have 5 days left of my holiday and I honestly dont know what to do now.

Do I leave it and wait till tomorrow and see how it goes or do I just pay more and get a flight back and miss the holiday.

Or do I just up the dose myself to 200mg sertaline and stay on 15mg. I know you shouldn't up the dose yourself but I just dont know really.

Sorry about the long paragraph it just frightened me and took me back to that dark place.

Im looking to buy some sample testers but most UK sites seem to have bad reviews saying there fake. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
