Does Chinese govt not realise that it is not their responsibility to enforce laws due to lack of civic sense? They have no right or responsibility to do this.

Should there be a special session of pariksha pe charcha to teach kids about how to deal with stress of mess created by someone else?

As the title says kids are regularly dealing with stress caused by complete failure of groups they have no real influence over. It is causing extreme amounts of stress and as far as I am aware top education specialist has never taught kids about the best way to deal with this issue? It is clear that we can't just keep ignoring the issue and hope that kids figure out the solution on their own. So there seems to be only one option for this.

##ignore. Copied again for minimum word count
