Anyone else feel kinda sad when they load up a flight into the flight tracker and it autoloads a pic of what’s left of it?

I’ve recently bought an Action 6 and every other video there is a problem where there is no audio recorded just static? But then sometimes the camera mic does work so I’m confused why it records the audio in some videos and doesn’t in others, seems like some sort of software issue.

This happens on internal storage as well as SD card.

I have a mic mini as well and that works fine when connected.

Is this a known issue and is there a fix?
