Hi,
I recently purchased an e-bike. Aairsk GT900.
It’s been great, but the battery level won’t go past 15% on the LCD display after charging.
Customer support from the company I bought it from advised me to run the bike until the battery is empty then charge from empty and check the display.
I’ve tried to drain it with the back wheel elevated and the throttle on, it’s done over 115km last night with no load before bed and the battery was showing 0% for a few hours. (Check photos)
I’ve started again today to try and drain it fully and have currently done 64km… Any idea how long this will take to drain? I would go outside and ride it to drain it but currently it’s raining for the next week. (UK)
Is this good advice from customer support as I have my doubts.
Any advice would be great as this is my first ever e-bike.

It seems whenever I use this grey filament ‘Jayo Meta’
I get these gaps. But using the same gcode works great on the White ‘Jayo Meta’.
I have tried drying the filament,
Increased the temp,
Slowing the print speed down,
Changed PA value using PA test,
Fiddled with retraction settings
Kind of at a loss as I’m still very amateur.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Nozzle temp tested from 190-220
Print speed tested from 40-150
Retraction is 0.6 at 80mm/s
Anyone else feel like you’re cheating on your old printer when you get a new one?
